CANCELLATION REGULATIONS - TAXI BOAT SERVICE

a booked trip can be cancelled without charge up to five days before departure date
At cancellation less than five days but more than four hours before departure time, 50% of the price will be charged.
At cancellation less than four our before departure time the entire price for the trip will be charged.

So that the cancellation shall be deemed valid it must be confirmed by Gustafs Taxibåtar & events by telephone or e-mail. bokning@gustafstaxibat.se
A un-confirmed cancellation is deemed not cancelled and the full price will be charged.
